We fabricated this realistic merman tail for makeup effects artist Rallis Rahn (pictured) to use in a music video.
In a recent Dodge Ram commercial, we created four "little green men" using full head, facial, and hand prosthetics. Here are two of them wearing our custom helmets, which had internal blowers to prevent them from fogging. Our TotalCoolTM ice vests helped keep the actors comfortable inside the heavy space suits.

A Mexican commercial for Clorets required handsome actors be transformed into things that cause bad breath. Key makeup artist Jeff Farley poses with his onion character (L) while a torta and coffee cup are ready for set (R).

This ventriloquist-style puppet is a likeness of 4 1/2 year old twins Shawn and Taylor Carpenter for the long-running soap opera DAYS OF OUR LIVES. The piece was used in a plotline where evildoers try to terrify a child's mother. The life-sized figure was able to bleed from its eyes and spit up live spiders!
The 16’ tall animatronic Tyranosaurus Rex from Roger Corman’s CARNOSAUR had a body and skin that was foam-fabricated over an unbelievably tight schedule of five weeks.
Four classic monsters re-designed and produced as reusable foam masks for the Fox Kids series BIG BAD BEETLEBORGS. The mummy and lagoon creature also required a full body suits.
A peg-leg made for screen great Jack Palance portraying Long John Silver in a remake of TREASURE ISLAND.
One of seven "pod monsters" created for TURBO: A POWER RANGERS MOVIE. These unusual creature suits were designed so the performers could puppeteer the snake-like heads from inside.
Two unusual gags for the comedy SPRUNG - An inflatable costume worn by Tisha Campbell (L) and a group of party guests transformed into dogs (R).
Jeremiah was an actor simulating a computer-generated character in BLOODHOUNDS, INC. The makeup involved prosthetics and a fabricated wig in black-light colors.
