The screenplay for BRING IT ON AGAIN, a sequel to the hit cheerleader movie called for a mascot named "Sammy Stinger." The costume designer contracted us to make it, complete with poseable wings and an extra "stunt" head.
"Phil the Syphillis Sore" was the subject of an unique public health campaign used in San Francisco and Los Angeles. While we built walkarounds for both cities, LA refused to use another character costume - the "Healthy Penis" - opting instead for a pair of syphillis sores!
For writer/director Kevin Smith's latest movie, JAY AND SILENT BOB STRIKE BACK, we made "Mooby the Golden Calf." In the film, the ill-fated mascot gets blown away with a shotgun.
In another call for food-related outfits, we dressed actors up as various packaged products for a series of RC COLA spots, which were directed by the multi-talented Christopher Guest.
We completely re-designed the mascot for RED ROBIN restaurants and, to date, have produced nearly 200 of these characters! The new "Red" can now be seen at all US locations, greeting diners as well as appearing at parades, games, and other outside events.
